Sometimes we wonder what we will do when our house is finished and we don't have any more work to do:)! Will that day ever come? Probably not. Don't worry, it has not consumed us as it can easily do! We do enjoy working together and we have to hope our boys are learning through this process:) Here are the patio steps, which turned into a mini-deck, with help from a good friend. He and Scott got both steps finished last week.We are enjoying our new space! My plan is to stain the underside of each step to match the colored concrete.
Did I mention how much the boys are enjoying the work?
We began the demolition process of the bedroom upstairs. We are hiring a company to put in a bathroom in part of the largest bedroom upstairs. I think we offered to do the yuckiest job for sure! We tore out the closet wall. Plaster is not fun to tear out! But its done and they begin this week. Hopefully in about 4 weeks I'll have yet another finished project picture!

oooooh i love the pictures...the before and after are great and i love the looks on the boys faces....so funny....i think they learned that look from taylor...hahahha love the patio....now have a party and i want to see the patio in action....:)

Oh yes, we know a bit about plaster tear-out...so DUSTY!!! But can't wait to see those finished photos in a few weeks. Then it will all be worth it! :) Tell Scott that Jeff says that house projects never end when you have an old house...sorry. :)
