Visitors

Beautiful Sunrise

Our good friends Mike and Mary from our Moody Bible days and their 4 kids came to visit for a couple of days. We truly had a wonderful time. The kids played so well together.

They went out to play in the snow a couple of times a day! My dryer got its work out!

One of the best memories was Mary Margaret and I went thrift-ing:) You all know how much I love that! We found some great bargains!

We witnessed many fashion shows! Some interesting characters that's for sure!

BIG SNOW

The first big snow! I think we got about 4-5 inches. It has been motivating the boys to get their work done early to get out and play. Even Davis is into it this year. Last year he couldn't tolerate all the gear!

Tis' the season

Santa's helpers stopped by to help:)
Saturday Scott decided to hang our Christmas lights. We haven't the last 2 years and the boys were so dissappointed. So we decided to do it this year. Just in time too! Just before the big snow fall:)

The man behind it all!

On-lookers

Helpers

I didn't get a pic of the finished project. It was too dark and cold outside by the time they finished:) I will post one soon!

What we have been up to!

Grandma Craiger came to visit the other day. Davis sat and chatted with her for quite a while. She ate it up! We are going to miss her. She heads down to the D.R. with mom and dad after Christmas. But she is excited to go and hey! she'll be warm!

Creativity has been running wild! The boys got this marble track out yesterday and made a loooooonnnnngggg track down the stairs. They have spent hours constructing and reconstructing it. I think it's a work of art:) And it works!

I had to post this one! Davis wanted to help me with dinner the other night and of course needed to stop and go potty. Well, little did I know he stripped down to go and when he came back, he apparently forgot to get dressed again! I turn around to this sight:) He didn't care!

Yes, we had our first snow fall this week. YUCK! It seems like it really snuck up on us this year but the fact of the matter is....it is mid-November! We had such a warm fall so far...it has been great. But reality hit!

Answer to Prayer

Many of you have prayed for little Owen Lambert who nearly drowned over a month ago. I hope you have been keeping up to date on their website! God has answered their prayer and is choosing to heal him! You have to go to http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/owenlambert to hear Micah's shout out to the world of their Praise! It has been an incredible jouney for them for sure and us as well on the sidelines. Praise to our Almighty God!

God in this City

Pray with me for our leaders and the future of our nation.
God has already chosen the next president! The first song on my playlist down below is a song we're going to be singing on Sunday in our worship service. You've got to listen to the words! It is the hope this world needs!

What a crew!

We had fun trick-or-treating Friday night. What a crew we had:) Reis-James Bond, Hudson-army guy, Chapman-O B one knobe (sp??), Owen- Colts player and Davis- Batman. It's taken me several times to notice my goofy hubby in the doorway!
I loved Hudson's outfit. He came up with it all on his own. It had been carefully layed out on his bedroom floor for a week or so:)

We were very surprised Davis got into it:) He's not one for costumes. Last year he screamed when I put his costume on for a picture.
It was a beautiful night. Pretty warm for Indiana at the end of Oct. After trick-or-treating, we had a campfire with some friends. Overall it was a very fun night.
