The YMCA

Today was a day of spelling tests, reviewing multiplication facts, reading about maps, latitude/longitude and the equator and prepostional phrases for Reis and Hudson. For Chapman is was a reading lesson, doing a story starter page, telling time on an "oldstyle" clock and reading a thermometer. Friday's tend to be a lighter day- were ready for the weekend:)

Here is a glimpse of the YMCA. The boys named our school last year and came up with a meaning. We are the Yoder Missionary Christian Academy. Hudson hopes to be a missionary some day, that is where that came from:) The joys of homeschooling- wearing pj's, drinking hot chocolate during math and sitting by a window on a beautiful day like today! Love it!
