A couple of weeks ago my cousin came for a visit. She dropped her youngest off at college and stopped by for a whole week to spend with us. We had such a wonderful time. Her daughter Aubrey even surprised us and came too.
One of the many things we did was had a 'craft' day. She is into 'altered art collages' I had some girlfriends over and she taught us how to make our own collage. We used anything from pictures, rub on transfers, magazine cut outs to old sheet music. It was so much fun to see what everyone came up with. You can see more here.
Here is how mine turned out. We even had a mini-class that night for the boys. They had a blast making a collage about themselves and what their interests are.
We are so thankful that even though we live so far apart, God keeps us close and blesses us with unexpected visits.

i love you all too....and i miss you all so much...it's wonderful being closer and being able to stop in more often...it was so much fun doing those collages....i just blogged about it too...that was so funny to get finished with my blog, log on to yours and you had just blogged too......kisses to the boys.....
